Welcome to our wellness space.  Do you sometimes wish you had a sense of community feeling in you life? Psychoeducational groups can help you feel that sense of belonging and community with individuals who are going through a similar situation or feeling the same way as you. Groups will help you connect with others, explore experiences, learn about yourself, find ways to make changes and improvements and help you to feel better with the support of others and the facilitator.  We want you to have healthy habits so that you THRIVE.  If you think that one of these groups will be of benefit or the right fit for you, contact us today.

Tea and Connections

Do you feel a lack of control, disconnected and stuck in your life? Are you ready to make a transformation?

This is a safe place where women can come together to talk about such topics as stress, health, exercise, nutrition and more. A space to Relax – Reflect – Recharge as you create Your Best Life. There is no group running at present.

Courage To Be Imperfekt

Are you living a life of courage? Do you want to have more clarity and confidence?

A group to help you realize that ‘nobody is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, and we are good enough as we are – the courage to be imperfect.

Tap into your creativity and cultivate a life of courage, meaning and on purpose everyday. There is no group running at present.

Sojourn for Wellness

A place to stay on your journey to wellness. This is a holistic group that helps you to transform your health and well-being and improve your quality of life.

The Road Map includes healthy eating, getting 8 hours of sleep, drinking lots of water and movement (physical exercise) daily. Also, mindfulness practice and nourishing your soul with intentions, journaling and meditation.  This Wellness Program takes place Online; Mondays from 6:30PM to 7:45PM. There will be a group starting in January 2025.  There is no group running at present.

Mindfulness Program

Mindfulness is awareness from purposeful attention in the present moment, without judgment. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is about meditative practices (mindfulness exercises) and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness. It takes place in a group format over eight weeks for 1.5 hours each week; allowing for shared experiences. The Mindfulness Program takes place Online; Thursdays from 6:30PM to 8:00PM. Some workplace benefit plans may cover the cost of MBSR. There is no group running at present.
