Sojourn Coaching and Psychotherapy is a space for individuals to talk about their experiences, be heard, valued and feel a sense of belonging. We are here to support you to identify your strengths, develop the courage to be imperfect, face life challenges, find your purpose, build resilience, change, grow and be your authentic self on your journey to a healthy lifestyle. We provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment with understanding and respect. Sojourn has a holistic approach incorporating all aspects of the individual (psychological, social, emotional, physical and spiritual) and committed to services for multicultural/diverse clients. We are social beings with the goal of belonging and making a contribution to our community and society. Our behaviour is goal directed, and our subjective view influences how we interpret events in our lives. It is not what happens, but how one deals with it.
Online/Distance Services are easy to access, and studies show that it is effective. According to Hilty et al.
